The files here are provided ``as is'', with no guarantees whatsoever,
and are known not to work under Matlab 4...

For this package to work, you may have to install
Additional Printer Devices (Ghostscript)
from your MATLAB CD onto your harddisk.

The following installation and test procedure assumes
that you have installed Matlab on your PC.
If it doesn't already exist, create the directory c:\Matlab.
Create a directory c:\Matlab\Movie.
Copy the following 4 files into that directory:

Create a directory c:\Matlab\Movie\PCWin.
Then copy the following 10 files into that directory. To test the package, start Matlab and set the path to include
the Movie directory: addpath('c:\Matlab\Movie').
Now you can run simplemovie.
Simplemovie creates files simple.gif and simple.mpg
in the current directory.
We include them here so you can verify the results.
By clicking on the gif movie below, you access the mpeg movie.

Pulsing Meshfunction

The current version of ppmquant.exe has bugs.
If you find a copy that works,
I would be interested in posting it here.

Please check here for more information about my matlab movies package
credits to original authors of some of the executable files included here.
